PROJECTS

TOYOTA Tacloban, Leyte

Bearing the image of a “Community-Driven” firm, EDSA Architects extends its presence to neighboring province – Tacloban City in Leyte. Toyota Motors – Tacloban project worths a head up for this could be one of the biggest project that EDSA Architects dominate. The firm takes the race to its highest speed as it plays a significant role in the growth of the world’s leading car brands

Light & Bright

This is apparent in the vast entrance with a welcoming cul-de-sac and front garden. Such state of openness is also continued in the interiors which accommodate the living, dining and kitchen area, as well as a spacious lanai overlooking the serenity of the pool.

Highway 30

Although Iligan has been known in recent years as a growing industrial area where many national and international factories are located, most of the landscape is still hugely pastoral. When Highway 30 burst into the scene, with its structurally-expressive design, and open facade, it instantly became a big hit. Furthermore, bright colors add a playful touch to the structure, an attention-grabber in a sea of greens.

A Classic Openness

Although space is not an issue in this project, renovation was necessary to add a touch of modernity.  The two-storey residence commands a great view of the outdoors with almost all of the areas such as living and dining having access to the common garden.

ONE EDISON Place Townhouse

Nestled in the heart of Metro Cebu, this 14-unit Mediterranean townhouse offers a homey and relaxing space tucked strategically, so that it serves as temporary escape from, but close enough to the bustling metropolis.

STRAND Tower

Deceivingly large, this 7-story commercial area utilizes all parts of the lot.

Sugbutel

Sugbutel is the first family hotel accomodation in Cebu’s urban landscape. Prior to this pioneering concept, local tourists, who are the primary target markets, thought only traditional  accommodations such as expensive hotels or pension houses to choose from. The challenge of the design team is to develop an aesthetically pleasing structure that would make the transition of a culture novelty become easier to comprehend.
