Home to the prime mover of one of the famed registries in the country’s shipping industry, this large and prestigious house has a quintessential quality of classic openness. According to EDSAArchitects, although space is not an issue in this project, renovation was necessary to add a touch of elegance and modernity.  The two-storey residence commands a great view of the outdoors with almost all of the areas such as living and dining having access to the common garden.
